The nationwide, constantly expanding network of 3,500 parcel machines and more than 1,000 collection points provides the opportunity for fast and convenient parcel collection. After you hand over the parcel to FOXPOST-Packeta Group, they will deliver it to the machine/parcel point within 1 working day, and then send you a notification and a unique code via SMS, with which you can collect it for 3 days. Important: you can only pay at the machines with a bank card. You can return your parcel within 14 days according to the terms and conditions of the webshop.
