Gift Card Terms of Use

A Gift Card is an instrument produced in accordance with these regulations, entitling the holder to make purchases, and is produced and transmitted electronically.

The issue value of the gift card is the amount within which the cardholder may use it exclusively for the purchase of products offered by EKK-2004 Kft.

Issuance of the gift card

The gift card is an instrument produced and transmitted electronically, containing a uniquely generated code. For security reasons, the code is provided to the buyer in an email separate from the card. The gift card is only valid together with the email containing the unique code sent at the time of the card's purchase. The issuer is entitled to issue the gift card in the quantity and value determined by the issuer. The gift card does not qualify as money or securities; its forgery is a criminal offense. The purchase price of the gift card may not differ from the card's issue value. By purchasing or otherwise acquiring the gift card, the buyer accepts the currently effective regulations regarding the issuance of the gift card as binding upon themselves. These regulations can only be interpreted and are only valid together with the General Terms and Conditions.

The gift card is only valid together with the unique code.
The loss or destruction of the unique code does not entitle the holder to request a new code or to claim a refund of the purchase price.

It is possible to link the gift card to a specific customer. This requires the email address registered by the customer in the webshop.

In this case, however, the coupon can only be used with the specified email address, and this cannot be changed later.

Use of the gift card

The use of the gift card is subject to the deadline indicated on it (validity period), which for every card lasts until 0:00 on the 365th day from the date of the purchase confirmation.

The gift card may be purchased by any natural person with legal capacity or any legal entity (buyer).

The gift card is freely transferable to anyone, unless it is linked to a pre-specified person (see details below).

The owner of the gift card is considered to be the person in possession of the card code.

The issuer is not entitled to examine the ownership of the unique code.

The same rules apply to the purchase of goods with a gift card as to purchases made using money.

The use of the gift card is realized by the buyer entering the code number indicated on the card into the designated place in the cart at the time of settling the countervalue of the goods.

The system identifies the code number, and the value indicated on the card is deducted from the total value of the cart.

The gift card can be used for multiple orders. At the time of purchase, the usable balance equals the value of the gift card. If the gift card is used in multiple installments, the value of each order is deducted from the card's value until the balance reaches zero. After the full amount has been used, the card code expires, and its reactivation is not possible.

Only one code can be entered per purchase. In the case of a purchase made with a gift card, no other discounts can be utilized.

In the case of purchasing goods with a value lower than the issue value of the gift card, the difference between the value and the issue value cannot be refunded to the buyer in cash.

The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.

Upon purchase of the gift card, the service provider issues an invoice for the full amount of the card.

Upon use of the gift card, the amount used from the card is indicated on the invoice of the purchase as a numerical discount.

The service provider reserves the right to modify the terms of use and publishes the current conditions on its website (www.curlmission.hu).

By purchasing or otherwise acquiring the gift voucher, the buyer accepts the terms of use.

Right of withdrawal

In the default case, the consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract for the sale of the product without justification within a 14-day period from the date of receipt of the product.

The right of withdrawal may only be exercised by the buyer who purchased the gift card and only in the event that the gift card has not yet been used.
