Loyalty Program Policy
Collect points and shop at a discount! For orders placed after March 24, 2024, we will reward you with 1 point for every 100 HUF spent. Each point is worth 1 HUF upon redemption.
How does point collection work?
For users registered after March 24, 2024, a loyalty point account will be opened following successful registration. Points are automatically added to your loyalty point account after every completed purchase. A completed purchase means that you have received the goods and settled the payment. Points are credited for every product; the points earned for individual products are indicated on the product page (1 point = 1 HUF). No loyalty points are awarded for discounted products. You decide when you want to use them. Whether it's for your next order or later—it's up to you! Points can be redeemed for 180 days after they are credited. You can cover a maximum of 50% of your order with points. Upon new registration, we automatically grant points worth 1000 HUF, which you can redeem even on your first purchase. For newsletter subscription, we grant points worth 500 HUF. When writing a product review, we grant points worth 150 HUF. (Unfortunately, the system cannot credit points retroactively for orders, newsletter subscriptions, product reviews, and registrations occurring before March 24, 2024.)
Where can I see my balance?
Your balance will appear in your profile under the "Discounts" menu item. If your balance is zero, the menu item will not be visible.
How can I use my points?
During the checkout process, our system will remind you of your accumulated loyalty points. If you check the "Use points for this purchase" box in this section, you will see the value of the points deducted as a discount on the payment page.
When can you not use your points?
Shipping costs (and cash on delivery fees) cannot be covered with points. The redemption of points cannot be combined with other discounts (e.g., coupon codes, discounted products). If you cancel a package or withdraw from a purchase, the points associated with that specific purchase will be deleted. Loyalty points are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred to others.
Summary:
Point collection is subject to registration. The system cannot credit points retroactively (for periods prior to March 24, 2024). After logging in, you can check the value of your redeemable points in your profile at any time (as long as your balance is not zero). Your points can be used for half a year (180 days) from the date they are credited. You can cover a maximum of 50% of an order with points. Points can be redeemed for orders over 10,000 HUF. Loyalty points cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be transferred to another customer. During the period of other (special) promotions, the webshop is entitled to restrict the redemption of loyalty points (restricted exclusively to the duration of the other promotion).
