Valentine's Day Giveaway Terms and Conditions

1. The Contest and the Organizer

These terms and conditions apply to the wall-post giveaway (hereinafter: Contest) running on the Facebook page managed and maintained by EKK-2004 Kft. (curlmission.hu webstore) (hereinafter: Organizer), under the following conditions.

2. Who can participate in the contest?

Every natural person over the age of 18 who is an internet user and has a place of residence or stay in Hungary (hereinafter: Player) may participate in the Contest.
If the winner has limited capacity to act, they are entitled to the substantive administration regarding the prize and to receive the prize only together with their legal representative.
If the winner is incapacitated, only their legal representative may act on their behalf.
Employees and contributors of the Organizer, as well as their close relatives as defined in Section 8:1 (1) point 1 of the Civil Code, may not participate in the Contest.
By participating in the giveaway, the Player acknowledges that they have fully familiarized themselves with the Contest Rules and accept them without conditions.
If the Player does not accept these participation rules or any provision thereof, or raises an objection regarding them, they are not entitled to participate in the Contest and will be automatically disqualified.
The execution of the Contest and participation in it shall take place according to these Contest Rules.
If the Contest Rules do not regulate a specific issue, the relevant provisions of the effective legislation shall apply.

3. Duration and Course of the Contest

Duration of the contest: February 11, 2023 – February 14, 2023.

Number of winners: 1 person

The prize for the drawn winner:

One 5,000 HUF shopping voucher, which can be redeemed for a subsequent purchase within one year following the purchase.

Drawing and announcement of results: February 15, 2023, 20:00.

Course of the contest:

In order for a Player to participate in the giveaway and be eligible for the prize, they must place a valid order in the Curlmission webstore with a value of at least 20,000 HUF between February 11, 2023, and February 14, 2023.

The prize voucher will be sent to the winner after the successful delivery of the order.

The winner will be selected randomly from the database of customers who meet the above criteria.

4. Prizes, Winners

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash and is non-transferable.

The winner will be selected using a digital draw, keeping the principle of randomness in mind.

The winner's name will be published on the Organizer's Facebook page at the latest within 10 hours following the time designated for the draw.

Substitute winners will be announced.

The winner is not entitled to receive the prize if:

they cancel their order in part or in full, or withdraw from the purchase related to the prize;
they do not respond to the notification letter within 8 working days;
the winner cannot be contacted for any reason;
it is clearly provable that they participated in the Contest with multiple and/or false registrations/orders, thereby gaining an unauthorized advantage;
it is clearly provable that they intentionally attempted to influence the course/result of the Contest in any way;
they violate any point of these participation rules;
they do not provide the Organizer with the personal data necessary for the prize tax declaration as described in point 3.

5. Notification of the Winner

We will contact the winner via Facebook message and coordinate the details of receiving the prize with them.

We will also publish the winner's name on the Facebook page.

If it is not possible to contact the winner, the winner is not entitled to the prize.

To identify and verify the person of the winner, the Organizer may oblige the winner to prove their identity.

If the winner does not act in accordance with the contents of the letter, or is unwilling to provide one or more of the requested pieces of data to the organizer in writing, they may become ineligible for their prize.

6. Delivery of the Prize

The details of receiving the prize will be coordinated with the winner via Facebook message and then via email or telephone.

Players are obliged to cooperate in order to receive the prize. If they fail to do so and the receipt of the prize falls through, the prize can no longer be claimed, and the Organizer bears no responsibility in this regard.

7. Responsibility of the Organizer

The Organizer excludes its liability for damages suffered by the Player or any third party resulting from the provision of incorrect, inaccurate, or incomplete data by Players; the registration of a person with partially limited capacity or an incapacitated person without the consent of a legal representative; or the loss of the notification sent to the winner via electronic means for reasons not attributable to the Organizer, or its unsuccessful delivery or delay for other reasons.

8. Data Management and Data Protection

8.1 Information

Participation in the contest and the provision of data necessary for it is voluntary.

We inform you that your data will not be forwarded to third parties other than the data processor; it will be used exclusively for the purposes detailed in these rules: to identify the winner(s) and to coordinate the details of their prize.

The Organizer does not manage or process the data of the Contest participants for purposes other than those specified in point 8.1, and handles the data only until the deadline permitted by law or until the receipt of the participant's statement of objection.

You are entitled to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time, without restriction or justification, free of charge; furthermore, you have the right to request the termination of the processing of your data for the specified purpose or a part thereof.

Upon request, the Organizer provides detailed information to the data subject regarding the name and address of the data processor and their activities related to data management.

If the data management conditions change, the Organizer will inform the Players about the modifications.

The Player may turn to the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (www.naih.hu) or the competent court with complaints regarding data protection.

8.2 By participating in the giveaway, the Player:

gives their consent that, should they win the Contest, the Organizer shall manage their personal data essential for the delivery of the prize (name, phone number, email address, postal address) for the purpose of delivering the prize, in accordance with the provisions of Act CXII of 2011 on the Right to Informational Self-Determination and Freedom of Information.
unconditionally agrees that the Organizer (data controller) shall use their data during the execution of this Contest for the purpose of delivering prizes throughout the duration of the contest, and shall forward them to the data processors entrusted with processing the data provided by them for the same purpose.

The Organizer uses the personal data of the Players exclusively for communication with the Players and then deletes them after the successful handover of the prizes, except in cases where the current wall-post contest is linked to another registration in a separate Application and, parallel to this, another set of contest rules accepted by the Player.

9. Disqualification

Players who participate in the giveaway in a manner contrary to the spirit of the contest, with the aim of increasing their chances of winning through deceptive behavior—thereby depriving other participants wishing to play fairly of their chances of winning—shall be disqualified from the Contest.

We draw the players' attention to the fact that the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify the Player from the Contest without notice upon detecting such an action.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these participation rules, to shorten or extend the duration of the contest, and to make other changes.

This giveaway is in no way supported by Facebook and cannot be associated with it.
