Curlmission.hu Facebook Giveaway Rules

1. The Contest and the Organizer

These rules apply to the timeline giveaway running on the Facebook page managed and maintained by EKK-2004 Kft. (curlmission.hu webshop), (hereinafter: Organizer), under the following conditions.

2. Who can participate?

Participation is open to every natural person over the age of 18 who is an internet user and has a residence or domicile in Hungary (hereinafter: Player).
If a winner has limited capacity to act, they are entitled to substantive administration regarding the prize and to receive the prize only together with their legal representative.
If a winner is incapacitated, only their legal representative may act on their behalf.
Employees and contributors of the Organizer, as well as their close relatives pursuant to Section 8:1 (1) point 1 of the Civil Code, may not participate in the Contest.
By participating in the giveaway, the Player acknowledges that they have fully familiarized themselves with the Contest Rules and accept them without reservation.
If the Player does not accept these participation rules or any provision thereof, or raises an objection regarding them, they are not entitled to participate and will be automatically excluded.
The conduct of the Contest and participation in it take place according to these Contest Rules.
In matters not regulated by the Contest Rules, the relevant provisions of the current legislation shall apply.

3. Duration and Course of the Contest

Duration: January 20, 2023 – January 27, 2023, 20:00

Number of winners: 3 people

Prizes for those selected by random draw from among those who liked the image and commented on the single timeline post:

1st Winner drawn: A gift package worth 20,000 HUF, containing: 1x Curly Secret Quench My Thirst mask (250 ml); 1x Curly Secret Flexible Curls hair gel (250 ml), 1x Root lifting comb, 1x Scalp massager brush, 1x Wide-tooth detangling comb.
2nd Winner drawn: A gift package worth 30,000 HUF, containing: 1x Curly Secret Quench My Thirst mask (250 ml); 1x Curly Secret Hydrating Styling Gel (300 ml), 1x Soivre Curly Method Co-wash (500 ml), 1x Pretty Curly Girl Extra Loving Leave-in (100 ml), 1x Spray bottle.
3rd Winner drawn: A gift package worth 50,000 HUF, containing: 1x Curly Secret Quench My Thirst mask (250 ml); 1x Curly Secret Hydrating Styling Gel (300 ml), 1x Curlsmith Bond Curl Rehab Salve (59 ml), 1x TréLuxe Reflex Styling Serum (237 ml), 1x Soivre Curly Method Leave-in (250 ml), 1x Curlsmith Hold Me Softly Style Balm (59 ml), 1x Wide-tooth detangling comb, 1x Soivre Curly Method hair oil (30 ml), 1x Multifunctional toiletry bag.

Draw and announcement of results: January 29, 2023, 20:00.

Course of the game: To participate and be eligible for the prize, a Player must act according to the call for entries posted on the Curlmission webshop Facebook page (must like the image in the call and comment). Winners are selected randomly from the database of those who liked the image using the https://socialwinner.besocial.hu/ application.

4. Prizes and Winners

Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
Winners are selected via automated draw, keeping the principle of randomness in mind, using the following program: https://socialwinner.besocial.hu/
Winner names will be published on the Organizer's Facebook page no later than 10 hours after the designated draw time.
Substitute winners will be announced.

A winner is not entitled to the prize if:

They do not respond to the notification within 1 working day.
Contact cannot be established for any reason.
It is clearly provable they participated with multiple/false registrations for an unfair advantage.
It is clearly provable they intentionally attempted to influence the course/result.
They violate any point of these rules.
They do not provide personal data required for the prize tax declaration mentioned in point 3.

5. Notification of Winners

Winners will be contacted via Facebook message to coordinate delivery details.
Names will also be published on the Facebook page.
If contact cannot be established, the winner is not entitled to the prize.
The Organizer may require the winner to verify their identity.
Failure to follow instructions or provide requested data in writing may result in disqualification from the prize.

6. Delivery of Prizes

Details will be coordinated via Facebook message, followed by email or phone.
Players must cooperate for delivery; if they fail to do so and delivery fails, the prize can no longer be claimed, and the Organizer bears no responsibility.
The Organizer posts the prize within 3 working days of the announcement.

7. Liability of the Organizer

The Organizer excludes liability for damages resulting from incorrect/incomplete data, registration of incapacitated persons without representative consent, or failed delivery of notifications for reasons not attributable to the Organizer.

8. Data Management and Protection

8.1 Information: Participation and data provision are voluntary. Data is used solely for winner identification and coordination. Data is processed only until the legal deadline or a request for deletion. Consent can be withdrawn at any time. The Organizer provides information about the data processor upon request.
8.2 By participating: The Player consents to the management of their data (name, phone, email, address) for prize delivery in accordance with Act CXII of 2011. Personal data is deleted after successful delivery, except if linked to another specific application/registration.
Complaints can be directed to the NAIH (www.naih.hu) or the competent court.

9. Exclusion

Players acting against the spirit of the game to unfairly increase winning chances will be excluded. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude such players without notice.

10. Miscellaneous Provisions

The Organizer reserves the right to modify these rules, shorten or lengthen the duration, or make other changes. This giveaway is not sponsored or endorsed by Facebook.
